width=&#8221;2\/3&#8243;][vc_empty_space height=&#8221;35px&#8221;][vc_wp_text]<span style=\"color: #000000;\">As part of its development,<strong> HIT MUSIC (27 employees, \u20ac13m sales)<\/strong>, a major player in Sound and Light products in France and Europe, is <strong>looking for an After Sales Technician (M\/F)<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Reporting to the Technical Director, as part of a 7-strong after-sales team including 3 technicians, and working closely with the company&#8217;s other departments, you will be responsible for the following tasks:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #f18700;\"><em>Troubleshoot product returns;<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #f18700;\"><em>Solve problems and prevent their recurrence;<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #f18700;\"><em>Draw up quotations for approval by management;<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #f18700;\"><em>Write diagnostic reports and describe identified malfunctions;<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You have a BAC to Bac + 2 in electronics (Bac Pro SEN, BTS SNEC, BTS CIEL ER, etc.);<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">You are interested in sound and lighting equipment and\/or participate in the installation of &#8220;Sound and Light&#8221;
